I purchased PodLock at MacWorld Expo San Francisco 2005.
Here is their list of what it can do.

The sales person said it would back up my iPod Music, I asked him more than once if it can back up my music and he said yes. It can restore my iPod if it I needed to restore it after a crash.
What he did not say was it can't completely restore my iPod and none of my iTunes stored music.

When I contacted there email support, they did not reply. When I tried there online form, it keep returning an error and that I did not fill it out completely.

When I contacted them by phone they keep saying that I need to return the product, they said I need to return it to where I purchased it from and I kept explaining that I purchased it  from their boot at MacWorld. I said, so you want me to take it to MacWorld SF in 2006? Pause... (I was talking to someone that said they were in sales by the name of Ann).

OK, she said, I can send it back to them. I asked where? She said look on the box. I said I was just handed a disk with a serial number sticker in a otherwise blank CD envelope. She keep saying look at the box or accompanying documents. I asked is it on the read me docs on the disk? She again said, look on the box. I again said there was not box and the CD envelope had no address.

Again, I asked where I should send it. She finally gave me the address at Micromat in Santa Rosa.

What a bad experience. I don't recommend this product!
